The Vitio platform is a flexible solution to control the health of your patients in real time and remotely.Your patients will have a series of medical devices: blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, activity bracelet and thermometer that measures body temperature continuously.
These devices record the necessary data according to the patients pathology and send it to the Vitio application.Once collected, we use our algorithms to classify and filter the relevant data and thus be able to show the health professional the status of thepatient.The mobile application alerts the healthcare provider when vital parameters are out of range, allowing advance clinical decision-making.
